Aura by Aadhi Organics ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use auraoils.co.in, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect (a) account information — your name, email, phone and password when you sign up; (b) order information — billing/shipping address, items ordered, payment method, payment reference (UPI UTR, Razorpay payment ID) and amounts; (c) communications — emails, WhatsApp messages and form submissions you send us; (d) usage data — pages visited, items viewed, and similar standard analytics through Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager.
2. How we use it
Your information is used only to (a) fulfil your orders and deliver oils to you; (b) send transactional notifications (order confirmed, packed, shipped, delivered) over email and WhatsApp; (c) reply to your enquiries; (d) operate, secure and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. Payment information
Payments are processed directly by our payment partner (Razorpay) and your card / UPI / bank details never touch our servers. We store only the payment reference (a transaction ID) that Razorpay sends back to confirm the payment.
4. Cookies
We use first-party cookies and localStorage to keep you logged in, remember items in your basket, and measure how the site is used. Analytics cookies are set via Google Tag Manager. You can clear cookies anytime in your browser settings — the site will still work, but your basket will not persist.
5. Sharing your information
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the business — currently Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay (payments), Resend (transactional email), Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (order updates), Google Analytics (anonymised analytics), and the courier handling your delivery. Each receives the minimum data needed for their role. We do not sell or rent your data.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to (a) see what data we hold about you; (b) correct it; (c) delete your account and all related data; (d) opt out of marketing emails. Write to enquiry@auraoils.co.in and we will action requests within 7 working days.
7. Children
Our site is for customers aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered customers by email. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
