These terms govern your use of auraoils.co.in (the "Site"), operated by Aadhi Organics from Tamil Nadu, India. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Aura is a brand by Aadhi Organics, a family-run business producing cold-pressed coconut, sesame and groundnut oils in Tamil Nadu, India. Contact: enquiry@auraoils.co.in · +91 99441 56506. FSSAI registration: [to be added once issued].
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By checking out you confirm that the information you've provided is accurate.
3. Products & pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Product images and descriptions are representative; small batch variation in colour and aroma is natural and not a defect. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before dispatch.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed only after payment (or COD acceptance) is received. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — e.g. suspected fraud, an out-of-stock SKU, or a delivery pincode we cannot service. Any amount already paid is refunded in full within 7 working days.
5. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (Tamil Nadu only), UPI (with manual UTR verification), and online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Your card / UPI / bank details are handled solely by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.
6. Shipping
Free shipping is offered all over Tamil Nadu. See our Shipping Policy for full details on dispatch timelines, courier partners, and out-of-state requests.
7. Returns & refunds
Because we sell perishable, ingestible products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. Sealed bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery if damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure.
8. Allergens & medical advice
Groundnut oil contains peanuts. Do not consume if you have a peanut or tree-nut allergy. Our oils are food products, not medicines — they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult your doctor before using any oil for medical reasons.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Aura wordmark, product photography, recipes, and copy — belongs to Aadhi Organics and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising out of use of the Site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
